The filter size. When the water heater went in, who did it, what it cost. Which breaker is the well pump. How the sprinkler hooks up in spring. Write it down once, on the thing itself. Add any field you want. Attach the manual and the receipt. It opens in the basement with no signal, because it never needed one.
